Description Customer Service Representative (Part-Time) Up to 30 hours a week | Days, evenings, and weekends | $17.00/hr

Shifts may be scheduled at either of our Calgary locations:

  • North Calgary (304 - 35 Avenue NE)
  • Downtown Calgary (606 5 Ave SW)

What You’ll Do

  • Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, or online
  • Book, change, and cancel ticket reservations
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions
  • Support customers with our online booking system
  • Help with check-in, luggage storage, and boarding
  • Answer inquiries with kindness and accuracy
  • Keep the ticket office organized and stocked
  • Perform light cleaning and basic administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

  • Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends, and split shifts)
  • Ability to work from either location is required
  • A friendly, service-first attitude
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Quick learner with great attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using a computer
  • Reliable team player who works well independently
  • Employment is contingent upon receiving a favorable background check.
