Job Description
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the daily operations of the store. This includes:
- Assisting in managing store staff and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Overseeing inventory management and merchandising.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Training and developing team members.
- Handling cash management and financial reporting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Experience with inventory management systems.
- Bilingual is a plus.
Additional Information
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
