As we continue to elevate each part of our operation—from wine and service to culinary excellence—we are now looking to enhance our bar program.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced bar professional who also brings strong leadership capabilities to join our team as our new Bar Lead & Supervisor. This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves all things spirits and cocktails and is eager to contribute to a world-class member experience while supporting the daily operations of our food and beverage department.

Role Description:
This is a hands-on, full-time role that blends bar program leadership with supervisory responsibilities. The successful candidate will be our bar program lead—helping craft beverage menus, training bartenders, and driving liquor sales—while also supporting the team in a supervisory and MOD (Manager on Duty) capacity.
This role works closely with the Director of Hospitality and the broader leadership team to push service standards forward and ensure every detail contributes to a refined, engaging Club experience.
Key Responsibilities
Bar Program Leadership:
- Lead development of seasonal cocktail and spirits menus
- Drive liquor and cocktail sales through education, innovation, and engagement
- Train, mentor, and lead the bartender team on technique, presentation, and service
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and costing related to spirits and bar supplies
- Stay current with trends and innovations in cocktail culture
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Act as MOD during closing shifts, ensuring smooth service across departments
- Support service teams on the floor with hands-on leadership and guidance
- Assist with staff coaching, training, and shift management
- Communicate operational updates to the leadership team as needed
- Help ensure alignment with Club standards and guest expectations
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 year of bar leadership or mixology experience in a high-end or craft cocktail environment
- ProServe certification
- Previous supervisory or MOD experience in a hospitality setting
- Deep passion for spirits, cocktails and hospitality excellence
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
