We are hiring for our client in the financial services industry.
Duration: 12 months
Job Type: Hybrid ( 3 days onsite)
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to inform digital product and service design across B2C and B2B experiences.
- Collaborate with designers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to identify research goals.
- Create test plans, recruit participants, and execute user testing (moderated/unmoderated, A/B, etc.).
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights.
- Present research findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure user needs are central to design and business decisions.
- Promote a human-centered design approach across teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of user research experience in B2B and/or financial services (retirement preferred).
- Skilled in diverse research methods and data analysis techniques.
- Proficient in tools such as Figma, Mural, and usertesting.com.
- Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data effectively.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Bachelor's degree in design, psychology, anthropology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Bonus: Hands-on UX design experience, especially within financial or retirement products.
