MC College is seeking a Customer Service Professional to join our team as a Salon/Spa Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced school environment and is passionate about providing excellent service. The successful candidate will be responsible for checking in clients, promoting retail sales, and supporting inventory procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service, retail sales, and appointment booking.
- Previous experience in a salon or spa environment is an asset.
- Strong ability to meet and exceed retail and customer service targets.
- Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a busy setting.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the School Director, the Salon/Spa Coordinator will:

- Manage appointment scheduling and student coordination for salon/spa services.
- Handle computerized cash transactions, including opening/closing procedures and client record maintenance.
- Mentor students in salon skills and support product recommendations.
- Maintain and organize product displays to encourage retail sales.
