With Purpose, We Blend for People & Planet.
Our actions are going to impact the planet and people on it - if we design like nature and for nature, that impact can be a positive one. That is why we created the Biodiversity+ Design Toolkit.
We are engaged in thought leadership, to change the very nature of “how we do”, “what we do”.

Join the cause, have a spot of tea.
The Logistics department is spearheading a pivotal, end-to-end transformation of the organization's technological infrastructure—anchored in a re-architecture of both the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics Sales) and ERP (Microsoft Business Central) systems. This initiative is not merely a systems upgrade, but a strategic recalibration of internal workflows to dynamically align with emergent AI paradigms and future-proof the organization’s operational backbone.
Over the next six quarters, this tightly integrated team will focus on embedding generative AI capabilities into core logistics functions—shifting from static processes to adaptive, intelligence-led models. The transformation extends beyond software: AI will serve as a catalyst to reimagine the physical and digital interfaces of the warehouse ecosystem, including the orchestration of data flows and operational continuity across our seven globally distributed fulfillment centres. This evolution marks a deliberate shift toward intelligent automation and design-driven systems thinking at scale.
TEALEAVES is seeking the highly engaged and dynamic. Our team is composed of ambitious, forward-thinking folks who care deeply about design, sustainability and re-inventing the way consumers experience luxury (our 4th documentary In Good Taste examines this narrative with the FAO, Smithsonian, Ellen MacArthur Foundation, Harvard, Cornell).
With a strong track record of developing the next generation of leaders, we offer a dynamic, concept-driven work ecosystem where you will gain access to a bespoke training program: hands-on experience in brand strategy, operations, product development and innovation. After four or five years, those in the Graduate School Prep springboard, go on to top-tier MBA and Masters programs such as Harvard, MIT, Stanford, Columbia, Duke, UNC. We invest heavily in our Associates, knowing that the skills, network and experience gained here will be instrumental to your long-term career success and happiness.
The Opportunity:
- Initiate and drive strategic long-term KPIs: Continuous Improvement, Total Quality Management, workflows, Miro flowcharts to enhance efficiency and environmental sustainability (UN SDGs, GRI and GHG reporting).
- Collaborate with Brand, B2B, and Marketing teams to analyze and optimize strategy outcomes of social impact campaigns.
- Research, implement new tech stacks, integrating AI into pathways and processes.
- Forecast global demand in Canada, USA, EU, UK, Japan, China, Mexico to manage inventory levels (Vancouver, Seattle, New Jersey, Las Vegas, Milano, Tokyo), overseeing replenishments and conducting stock movement analysis.
- Process orders within our ERP system, managing Bill of Materials and Inventory.
- Manage the timely shipping and drayage of parcels, pallets, and containers arriving from overseas.
- Prepare global customs compliance, updating latest global regulations and customs requirements.
- Support KPMG in Profit/Loss analysis of warehouses, contribute to cost accounting, and support dynamic pricing strategies.
- Actively coordinate and manage New Product Development, collaborating on Customer Journey (CX) designs, visual design, and narrative story-telling.
- Actively contribute and help Project Manage social-impact projects with the UN, Smithsonian Museum and a multitude of leading Universities in the US and Canada.
- Engage in cross-function rotations across departments based on interest and aptitude.
- All our Roles have a Major (your primary job function) and a Minor (your secondary job function) which allows inter-disciplinary engagement with departments other than Operations.
Attributes of interest to TEALEAVES:
- Strong analytical mindset with a penchant for self-growth.
- Meticulous attention to detail, happy managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
