Workplace Arrangements This role will follow a hybrid remote/onsite schedule. Applicants for this role can expect to work from home two days per week and on-site at various store locations and from our Ottawa Head Office, on Walkley Road 3 days a week for an 8-5 schedule.

What You'll Be Doing
- Map, analyze and measure store-level processes to uncover inefficiencies, redundancies, and improvement opportunities across operations, from receiving to checkout.
- Facilitate the redesign of core store processes for consistency and scalability.
- Identify root causes using data analysis and recommend opportunities for improvement for recurring process issues
- Leverage data insights to report on the impact of implemented improvements
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or retail store execution
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, data modeling)
- Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and workflow analysis
- Ability to prioritize tasks, and work independently
- High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills
