Are you passionate about food retail and love coaching others to succeed? We’re looking for a Field Retail Coach in Toronto to support food retail sites with operational excellence, team training, and improving the whole customer experience — with NO SALES TARGETS.
What You’ll Do:
- Coach store teams on food & coffee programs.
- Lead compliance checks (Food Safety, Brand Standards).
- Support merchandising, POS improvements & staff training.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve performance & profitability.
- Report insights back to senior teams.
What You’ll Bring:
- 2–3 years in food retail, coaching or training.
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills.
- Commercial mindset without a sales agenda.
- Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
- Degree-level education + full driver’s licence.
