The Club offers first-class facilities and amenities to hotel guests and members, including a swimming pool, squash court, weight room, and fitness studio.

We’re seeking an additional Front Desk Attendant who will assist clients with their varied needs and deliver a superior quality of service.

The chosen candidate will work 15-29 hours per week. Schedules are posted on a weekly basis. Shift times will include mornings and evenings. As such, we require someone with flexible availability.

Duties:

• Operate an efficient, guest-oriented front desk
• Provide information to potential new club members
• Process new memberships and renewals
• Maintain the membership database
• Maintain up-to-date court booking systems
• Accurately handle and control cash
• Perform daily cleaning duties to maintain health and safety standards
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.

What We’re Looking for:

• Must have basic First Aid/CPR certificate, or be willing to obtain one before commencing employment
• Previous experience performing reception duties
• Experience in a gym or health club environment preferred
• Computer literate with excellent data entry skills
• Friendly and approachable personality
• Positive and professional communication skills
• A passion for wellness, a motivating attitude, and a high regard for guest safety
• Flexible availability to work varied days/times
