Description Job Description As a foreman, you will be part of the Operations team supporting the Fleet Maintenance group. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, mechanical expertise, and a solid understanding of vehicle diagnostics, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Fleet Maintenance Supervisor (Garage Foreman)
Location: Etobicoke, ON
Pay Range: Competitive, based on experience
What’s the Job?
- Schedule repairs in the garage to ensure timely servicing.
- Review Preventive Maintenance lists and assure on-time servicing.
- Generate R.W.O. from the WEB Fleet Assistance computer system.
- Maintain high productivity of mechanics and supervise the repair process.
- Consult with mechanics on best practices and diagnose repairs.
What’s Needed?
- 310T License required.
- Management experience in a mechanical environment.
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
- Computer technology skills to work with fleet management systems.
- Ability to maintain low levels of vehicles out of service.
