As a Customer Relations Agent, you’ll be at the heart of managing complex complaints. Your future responsibilities as a Customer Relations Agent:
- Respond to dissatisfied clients by phone or email regarding the company’s products, services, or policies;
- Propose and implement corrective actions to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Maintain thorough documentation and follow up on cases in collaboration with internal stakeholders;
- Support continuous improvement by contributing to the analysis of recurring complaints and participating in governance meetings.

To be a Customer Relations Agent, you’ll need
- Bilingualism (English is required in order to communicate with our English-speaking clients);
- The ability to conduct effective negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements;
- The ability to understand customer concerns and respond with calm and professionalism, even in sensitive situations.
