We’re a fast-growing Toronto-based SaaS company with customers in 70+ countries (including Fortune 50 and 500 heavyweights), and we’re looking for our next Customer Success superstar
to join the team!
As a Customer Success Manager
, you’ll own your own book of clients, guide them through their lifecycle, drive customer growth, and help them get the absolute most out of our software. This role is all about building relationships, driving value, and turning great accounts into strategic partnerships.
What you’ll be doing:

Manage a portfolio of clients through Success → Advocacy → Expansion → Renewal

Run check-ins and QBRs that actually help
customers

Spot opportunities to grow and improve accounts

Be the internal voice of your customers

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years in a customer-facing role (CSM, AM, PM, etc.)
- You’re organized, proactive, and love helping people succeed
- You’re tech-savvy, curious, and ready to learn
- Bonus: You’ve got experience with enterprise IT or sales

Salary: CAD 70-75K plus performance bonuses
