Responsibilities:
- Prepare new computers for delivery to users
- Troubleshoot issues related to laptops and desktops and the software installed on them
- Deploy, configure and maintain office automation software and hardware according to established policies and procedures
- Participate in users' moves
Skills:
- You demonstrate flexibility and initiative
- You are known for your good judgment and team spirit
- You are dynamic and organized
Profile:
- Bilingual French-English (required for all positions within the company)*
- You are in the process of obtaining a college diploma in computer science with a minimum of two (2) semesters completed
- You have a minimum of 6 months of experience in a technical support team, either through internships or employment in a company
- You are able to lift weights such as monitors and computers, approximately 25-30 pounds
