We are looking for our next Manager of Claims Business Partnering, supporting the Auto Claims operations. This role works within a highly professional and strategically focused business partnering team reporting to the Senior Manager.

What You'll Do

• Supports and improves management reporting, analysis, planning and forecasting.
• Analyzes results and identifies emerging trends to help the Auto Claims team to understand business results and to support decision making process.
• Report/prepare on financial performance for senior leadership reviews.
• Data mining/ stitching to help deep dive and tell the financial story.
• Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses.
• Establishes and cultivates strong working relationships with peers, within Claims Business Partnering, Analytics & Data teams, Finance, Actuarial and other Claims Functions, ensures ongoing partnership and collaboration to understand market trends and industry insights.
• Drives appropriate organizational change practices required to ensure ongoing functional success.
• Identify and drive operational improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data query/data management tools is very useful (Qlik, SAS, Business Objects).

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years post-qualification financial analysis and analytical experience.
• Detail oriented with a dedication to accuracy and timely delivery, comfortable working with large datasets to identify insights and trends.
• This position demands a high level of independence, visibility, and communication. Therefore, effective communication and presentation skills are needed.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively resolve sophisticated situations and issues.
• Ability to handle multiple initiatives in a structured and controlled framework.
• Proven understanding and strategic perspective on the insurance industry.
• Proven track record of working in a fast paced environment.
• A degree or equivalent experience in Business (Finance, Economics, Accounting & Finance) or equivalent.
• CPA preferred.
