We are looking for a Senior Accounting Analyst who is detail-oriented, a team player and for which the quality of support provided to others is top of mind. If you are motivated by being part of the success of a fast pace and growing organization, you may be the one we are looking for.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the full accounting cycle, up to and including the preparation of financial statements
• Responsible for financial analysis and processes such as monthly bank reconciliations, periodic GST/PST filings for various legal entities
• Prepare and coordinate all government/regulatory filings and audits
• Prepare cheque, bank wires and payments (AP cycle)
• Perform daily verification/reconciliation and maintenance of investment portfolio transactions on our software platform
• Support with monthly reconciliation of all brokerage accounts in investment portfolio
• Participate in budget forecasting and variance analysis.
• Maintain a systematic and organized filing system for the documents and files of all the legal entities
• Participate in the ERP implementation and continuous process improvement
• Leverage technology such as AI tools to automate processes
