About the role
As a Game Master, you’re the face of the experience—part tour guide, part tech wizard, part hype person. You’ll be running VR sessions for groups of up to 8 players, setting the tone with energy and confidence while ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and guide them through their VR experience with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Assist players with VR equipment setup, calibration, and safety checks
- Operate the game control system and troubleshoot basic technical issues as needed
- Lead pre- and post-game briefings, ensuring guests are informed and excited
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment, briefing rooms, and lobby areas
- Deliver unforgettable customer service while staying calm under pressure
- Upsell merchandise, snacks, and future experiences when appropriate
- Support birthday parties, corporate bookings, and private events
What We’re Looking For
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable with basic tech systems and eager to learn VR hardware/software
- A team player with great attention to detail and the ability to stay composed under pressure
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or live entertainment is a plus
