Requirements:

Excellent communication skills
Ability to improvise (both at an acting level and with troubleshooting tech)
Ability to work well within a team setting
Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
Hospitality or theatre experience is an asset
Must be able to work evenings and weekends
Attention to Detail is extremely important

Job Profile: Host escape rooms in an enthusiastic and professional manner
Accept reservations over the phone and make modifications to bookings
Engage guests and ensure an experience that will have customers coming back for more
