About the Role
The Business Applications Solutions team in the Business Services group is looking for a full-time student for this co-op term. The student’s primary responsibilities will be focused on supporting the Collaboration Systems analysts on the team to achieve a successful support of all the M365 business services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Collaboration Systems analysts with all the M365 business services requests and Incidents
- Assist the Collaboration Systems analysts' activities, such as updating and creating SharePoint Sites, maintaining Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft integrated applications, requirements gathering, process documentation, coordination of user acceptance testing, reporting, and facilitating workshops with stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with various internal and cross-functional stakeholders involved in the projects, such as site owners, site administrators, and subject matter experts.
- Support the team with other activities such as managing ticket backlog and assignments, and ensure all tickets are properly updated.
- Perform product research and analysis as required.
Knowledge and Experience Required

Currently enrolled in an accredited post-secondary program.

Completed first year university or college studies in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience with M365 toolset (i.e. Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).

Familiarity with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and best practices, an asset.

Familiarity with business analysis and quality assurance best practices, an asset.

Familiarity with Lean six sigma concepts, an asset.

Familiarity with ServiceNow as an IT service management platform, an asset.
Note: Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Brookfield’s identity. This position requires the employee to be on-site for a minimum of 4 days to perform most effectively.
