As a Customer Success Representative , you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our clients and partners. You’ll play a crucial role in delivering a seamless experience by managing calls, chat inquiries, and providing support to our internal team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answer and dispatch phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
- Respond to questions via chat and email from insured clients, insurance partners, and hosts.
- Triage and escalate inquiries as needed, ensuring the right person handles each issue.
- Support the Relocation Coordinators by assisting in case management tasks: sending invoices, following up on files, entering data, and solving logistical problems.
- Ensure every client interaction is empathetic and solution-oriented - especially when dealing with families in difficult situations.
- Contribute ideas for improving internal processes and client experience.
Our ideal candidate:
- Bilingual : You speak and write fluently in both French and English .
- Based in Quebec (mandatory) and legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Strong communication skills: you can explain things clearly and handle difficult conversations with professionalism.
- Empathetic and people-oriented, especially with clients going through a crisis.
- Organized and able to juggle multiple conversations and tasks at once.
- Comfortable with technology: you’ve used chat platforms, CRM tools, and cloud-based systems before.
- Autonomous, reliable, and a true team player.
Nice to have:
- Experience in customer service, call centers, insurance, hospitality, or property management.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Intercom, Zendesk, or similar.
