Inside Sales Representative
About the role
Soroc is looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative to work in our Sales Procurement department. This position reports to the Manager of Inside Sales.
NATURE, SCOPE & OBJECTIVE
The successful candidate will be an independent worker with a focus on responding to requests for proposals, quotes or information. Part of this role is to strengthen client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities with the Sales team.
Location: Remote
Pay Range 45-55K
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide Pre- and Post-Sales Support to new and existing Clients; manage enquiries and resolve problems
- Prepare configurations, quotes, and bids
- Respond to RFI, RFP & RFQ
- Work with distribution partners and OEM’s to solution client requirements
- Perform order and data entry functions
- Be proactive in identifying any customer issues and providing resolution or escalating them within the team to resolution
- Update client catalogues as required
- Cultivate relationships that ensure long-term customer retention and future sales opportunities
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend Vendor training sessions
- Complete Sales Hardware Certifications
- Assist Account Management Team with forecasting and account updates as required
- Bid Registration
- Maintain Client / Vendor relationships
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 12 months to 2 years of experience required
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task between multiple clients
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must have strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience selling IT Hardware and Services Solutions
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to work well and adapt in a continuously changing environment
