POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Cogir Immobilier is currently looking for a resident concierge for its rental building located in Laval. Are you a versatile person, agile with your hands, and with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need!

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in events organized for tenants when required.

Administration

• Provide a high level of customer service

Health Care

• Respond to all emergency situations

Construction

• Clean the administrative office
• Clear and salt the entrances
• Maintain and clean the premises
• Maintain property areas and systems
• Maintain the garden
• Maintenance and cleaning of indoor and outdoor parking lots
• Make service calls
• Preventive maintenance on equipment
• Taking out the trash

Food Services

• Perform other related duties
• Take inventory of service materials and while adhering to the budgets, proceed with procurement if necessary

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an asset.
• Bilingualism both oral and written
• Diploma of vocational studies (DVS)
• High school diploma (SSD)
• Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
• Car required
