  • Provide hands-on design expertise while overseeing project delivery from proposal through to construction.
  • Coordinate and be responsible for the designs and workload of staff on the Collingwood Municipal Infrastructure team to support the Manager of Municipal Infrastructure
  • Support and mentor junior and intermediate team members, fostering growth and technical excellence.
  • Review designs/drawings produced by others as part of our Quality Control and Assurance Initiatives
  • Review and support the preparation of tender specifications
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, particularly with municipalities and local government staff.
  • Drive project delivery excellence and identify growth opportunities for the Collingwood office.
