Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential clients within our key industries (Construction, Accounting & Finance, Legal, and HR).
- Prospect new business through cold calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and challenges.
- Pitch Reliance Impact’s recruitment services, tailor solutions to client needs, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity in your niche.
- Collaborate with internal recruiters and candidate sourcing specialists to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or recruitment, preferably within professional services or staffing industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient with a hunter mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and/or other prospecting platforms is an asset.
