Aspire is located in Red Deer, Alberta and is nicely situated between Calgary and Edmonton. We are open from 8:30-4:30 M-F and close our centre between Christmas and New Years.

Join our dynamic team as a Program Assistant and become an integral part of Aspire's Park It program, dedicated to fostering inclusive and enriching experiences for children with diverse needs and their families in Red Deer and surrounding communities. In this role, you will contribute to the success of our free summer playgroup by coordinating, planning, and executing the program.
· Possess a valid drivers license and reliable transportation (a mileage reimbursement will be provided for driving expenses)
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 8 weeks
Pay: $25.12 per hour
Expected hours: 12 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
Expected start date: 2025-06-30
About Aspire Special Needs Resource Centre
Aspire has grown from a small gathering of dedicated parents and professionals with a vision to a large, busy charitable organization offering evidenced-based programs and services that are family-centered.
Today, Aspire staff visit families in their homes, provide assessment and intervention services, consult for children in the school systems, work closely with other community providers and agencies and provide training to teachers and Educational Assistants in schools all over Western Canada.
By working together to discover potential Aspire Special Need Resource Centre encompasses the big picture for the best outcome. Being a parent of a child with special needs can feel helpless and uncertain. We are here to provide hope.
