(MM Coaching Limited) is a coaching company that currently helps men save their marriages through results-oriented online coaching, often succeeding where traditional counseling falls short. Over the last three years, we’ve achieved exceptional client results for men.

We are looking to expand our reach and impact more people, which is why we’re launching a dedicated women’s program, designed to support women in rebuilding and restoring their marriages. We’re looking for the right expert to help us build it from the ground up. All of our expertise lies in helping men, and while many personal development and marriage transformation concepts apply to both markets, we are looking for an expert who has worked with numerous women to help us bridge that gap.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven Marriage Coach

to help us build a transformational coaching program for women. This isn’t therapy. This isn’t spiritual guidance. We are looking for a practical, step-by-step curriculum designed to help women take ownership of their role in the relationship, become the partner their husband fell in love with and re-attract him.

You'll work closely with our team to create the program, shape the content, and eventually support delivery through coaching or training. The program will serve women facing all kinds of marital challenges - from infidelity and divorce threats, to emotional disconnection and feeling unseen in the relationship.

The ideal candidate has worked directly with women facing these kinds of issues and knows how to guide them toward meaningful personal change. Ideally, you’ve created or contributed to coaching programs before and can show a track record of client success. Personal experience in marriage is strongly preferred. However, if you have worked as a marriage coach for women and have had exceptional results with those clients, in that case personal experience with marriage is not required.

This role requires someone who communicates clearly, works independently, and takes ownership without needing to be chased for updates. You should be coachable, collaborative, and open to feedback, but also confident enough to bring strong ideas to the table. You know how to cut through fluff, avoid spiritual jargon, and deliver clear, actionable guidance that actually moves the needle for clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Curriculum Review & Strategy:

  Evaluate the proposed program framework and content, provide expert insight on its structure and effectiveness, and help refine or expand the curriculum to better serve women’s needs.

• Course Creation:

  Create a structured, step-by-step curriculum that empowers women and helps them rebuild their marriages through practical, proven strategies

• Content Development:

  Write clear, actionable coaching materials that address common marital struggles - such as infidelity, emotional distance, and divorce threats

• Collaboration & Execution:

  Communicate effectively, take ownership of your work, and contribute to the overall success of this new women’s program

• Team Collaboration:

  Work closely with the service delivery team to align on goals, meet deadlines, and ensure high-quality program delivery

• Client Impact:

  Help shape a coaching experience that drives tangible transformation for women

• Coaching & Iteration (Optional):

  Join the coaching team post-launch to work directly with clients, gather feedback, and refine the program for even better outcomes

  You’ve coached women through real, high-stakes marriage challenges - infidelity, marital disconnect, divorce threats, and helped them create meaningful change

• Program-Savvy:

  You’ve created or contributed to coaching programs, courses, or structured content, and know how to turn insight into action

• Grounded in Personal Development:

  You believe growth starts with the individual, not with trying to fix others - and your coaching reflects that

• Direct, Empathetic Communicator:

  You speak with clarity and compassion, offering practical guidance. You guide clients with grounded, actionable strategies - not victim narratives or spiritual bypassing

• Independent & Accountable:

  You manage your own time, hit deadlines, and don’t need to be chased for updates - you take ownership and deliver

• Collaborative & Coachable:

  You bring strong ideas but stay open to feedback. You know how to work with a team and put the mission first

• (Preference) Personal Experience:

  You’ve been married or are currently married, and can speak from lived experience

Compensation Structure:

• Program/Course Creation:

  Fully negotiable (market-based & experience-based project fee)

• (Optional) Post-Launch Cooperation as a Full-Time Coach

  OTE

  : ~USD 100,000/year
