Position Summary:
Under general supervision, the Instructor delivers engaging instruction and supports student learning in accordance with the approved curriculum. This role requires professionalism, subject expertise, and a commitment to student success.
Location: CDI College - Winnipeg
Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 annually
Job Type: Ongoing Fulltime/ 40hrs
Shift Type: Monday to Friday
Expected Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver course content as per the prescribed curriculum
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, provide feedback, and maintain records
- Participate in curriculum development and faculty meetings
- Maintain current knowledge of industry standards and instructional best practices
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and academic standards
- Submit grades, attendance, and course updates in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Certified/Registered Dental Professional (MDA & NDAEB certified)
- Degree, diploma, or certification in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of general dental practice experience
- Prior teaching or instructional experience preferred
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
