Social Media Intern – Help Puddles Make a Splash!
About Us: Proudly Canadian-owned, we’re a new swim school located in the heart of Kitchener, dedicated to nurturing young swimmers and building strong aquatic foundations.
Are you the go-to friend for fire captions, viral Instagram stories that actually get replies? Do you love creating fun, playful content and building hype online? Puddles Swim School is opening this Fall, and we’re looking for a creative, social-savvy Social Media Intern to help us build excitement and community as we get ready to launch!
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and grow our Instagram and Facebook pages
- Create fun, engaging, and on-brand content (think sneak peeks, BTS, cute duck mascots, countdowns, and community shoutouts)
- Write captions that are cheerful, clever, and full of personality
- Plan and schedule posts to build buzz leading up to opening day
- Engage with our growing community — reply to DMs, comments, and get folks excited about all things Puddles!
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have an eye for aesthetics and a knack for storytelling
- Know your way around Reels, Stories, and social trends
- Love working with playful, community-focused brands
- Are organized, proactive, and full of ideas
- Bonus: You have experience with Canva, CapCut, or any fun design/video tools
