Are you a sales pro who loves the thrill of booking meetings and hearing “yes” on cold calls?

Caddie is looking for  independent Business Development Representatives (BDRs)  to help us scale our AI hiring platform. You’ll be working as a commission-only partner, booking qualified meetings with small business owners, franchise operators, and tech startups across North America.

What You'll Do:

• Cold call or cold email prospects (we’ll show you our best-performing messaging)
• Book qualified meetings for our sales team using your own tools or ours
• Use your own schedule — work full-time, part-time, nights, weekends — you decide
• Get paid per completed, qualified meeting that turns into a subscription

Commission Details:

• Earn  30% of the first 12 months’ subscription revenue  for every closed deal you helped book

Requirements:

• Must be legally able to work as an  independent contractor  in Canada or the US
• Must have experience with outbound calling or lead generation
• Comfortable being 100% commission-based — no base salary
