As a Junior Marketing Advisor , you’ll be responsible for engaging directly with customers, understanding their needs, and advising them on tailored products or services. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that provides full training and opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients’ brands with professionalism and integrity
- Deliver product or service presentations directly to potential customers
- Advise customers based on their interests and provide value-focused solutions
- Participate in the planning and execution of local marketing campaigns
- Collect and report customer insights to help optimise marketing strategies
- Achieve performance targets related to customer engagement and acquisition
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and client campaign information
- Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive team culture
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field is an asset
- Strong communication and people skills
- Confident, outgoing, and passionate about customer service
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must be legally authorised to work in Canada
