Your role on our team:

Sales Team Support
- Kick-off opportunities, assign project numbers and communicate relevant information to all departments.
- Manage incoming leads and emails and dispatch them quickly to the appropriate Account Manager.
- Coordinate team meetings and maintain meeting notes.
- Collaborate with Sales Coordinators and Account Managers to maintain and update deals related data in the CRM.

Sales Operations
- Support the sales team by maintaining the CRM (Salesforce) with the help of the Sales Operations Manager and IT team.
- Support the Sales Operations Manager on process mapping and documentation as well as collaborate with them on process improvement initiatives, including implementation and adoption of new processes.
- Gatekeeper between Sales and all other departments, ensuring efficient communication between all departments.
- Create and maintain reporting dashboards for the sales team and management.
You are the person for this role if you fit the following criteria:
- Undergraduate degree in administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Between 1 and 3 years of prior experience in sales, administration, operations, production, or supply chain management.
- Excellent knowledge of the google suite or Microsoft suite
- Good knowledge of Salesforce (a plus)
- Bilingualism
