Who We Are:
We're EmpowHERto, and we're all about helping girls aged 14 to 21 feel strong and confident. We offer cool programs in leadership, health, money, and STEAM (science, tech, engineering, arts, math) to help them reach for the stars!
The Job:
As a Content Writer, you'll be the driving force behind our content creation efforts. From brainstorming ideas to polishing the final draft, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand voice and delivering content that captivates our audience.
Responsibilities:
· Craft compelling and engaging content tailored to our target audience.
· Dive deep into research to ensure accuracy and credibility.
· Collaborate with other teams to maintain consistent messaging and brand voice.
· Polish and perfect content to meet our high standards of quality and style.
· Embrace feedback and make revisions to meet project deadlines.
· Juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Join us for monthly content team meetings to brainstorm and strategize.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role.
· Exceptional writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
· Strong research abilities and the knack for presenting information clearly and concisely.
· Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
· Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative environment.
· Master of time management and organizational wizardry.
· A portfolio bursting with examples showcasing your writing prowess.
This fully online opportunity requires a commitment of 10 hours per week on a volunteer basis.
