The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

Appletree Dental for Kids is a well-established pediatric dental clinic located in Newmarket, Ontario, dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality dental care for children in a warm and welcoming environment. Our team specializes in creating positive dental experiences for young patients, using the latest techniques and a gentle approach tailored to each child’s needs. SCHEDULE:

• 32 hours per week
• 4 Days a week
• Days of the week determined by management

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 1 year of experience as a Dental Receptionist is preferred
• Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate is preferred
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Open Dental is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
