New You Cosmetic Centres is a well-established leader in the medical aesthetics industry, with multiple cosmetic centres across Ontario. Our Mississauga location is expanding, and we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant with real medical spa experience to join our growing team.

We specialize in cutting-edge, non-surgical treatments including Laser Hair Removal, Body Contouring, Skin Rejuvenation, Injectable Treatments, and more. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person consultations and treatment plan presentations
• Educate clients on services, skincare, packages, and promotions
• Build long-term relationships to drive client retention and referrals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up protocols
• Collaborate with medical consultants and technicians to ensure best client outcomes
• Deliver a luxury experience from first impression to post-treatment follow-up

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a medical aesthetics or medical spa setting
• Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments and skin health
• Confident and comfortable discussing high-ticket services and converting consultations into sales
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills
• Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM and booking systems (JaneApp, Vagaro, etc.)
• Availability for full-time hours including evenings and weekends (Saturdays are mandatory)
• Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor

Preferred Experience

• Medical aesthetics certifications (e.g. skin care, laser, body contouring)
• Background in dermatology, beauty, plastic surgery, or cosmetic clinics
• Social media knowledge or experience promoting services is a plus

Pay: Up to $250,000.00 per year
