Through advanced molecular and biomarker testing, diagnostic imaging and personalized evaluations, patients gain valuable insights into their unique risk factors to create health optimization plans designed to enhance their vitality and improve their lifespan.
Our Medical & Longevity Centres are trusted by professional Canadian sports organization like the Vancouver Canucks, BC Lions, and the Vancouver Whitecaps to name a few. We are their “Official Medical Service Providers” and are an integrated part of their medical teams providing in-game and other urgent care services to players.
Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly energetic, results-driven Marketing Execution Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for the execution and coordination of a wide range of marketing activities, including but not limited to:
- Task Management &am p; Execution: Oversee day-to-day marketing tasks and ensure timely completion of marketing initiatives.
- Marketing Activation & Sponsorships: Coordinate and execute certain marketing activities related to sponsorships, including event activations, partner relations, and promotional initiatives.
- Marketing Generalist Tasks: Execute various marketing functions overtime, such as email communication programs, social media marketing, and content creation (blog posts, social media posts, etc.).
- Creative Development: Assist in the development of PowerPoint presentations, handouts, and other marketing collateral to support campaigns and presentations.
- Event Coordination: Help plan and execute conferences, tradeshows, fireside chats, and other events, ensuring seamless execution and maximum engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, business development and sales teams, and other marketing professionals to ensure alignment with business objectives and successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate closely with a team of 10 diverse marketers specializing in areas such as project management, graphic and web design, social media strategy and execution, and web development. Work together to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing efforts across all initiatives.
This is a fast-paced, tactical role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, and is passionate about bringing marketing campaigns and events to life.
You have:
- 2-3+ years' experience working in a fast paced, high demand environment…not necessarily in a marketing role.
- Thrive executing on tasks. Highly organized and accountable.
- Exceptional organizational skills and have attention to detail.
- Experience working with people one on one. You are a strong communicator and are effective at creating positive and fruitful relationships with co-workers, business leaders, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Very competent in Microsoft Office applications. Ideally Excel, Word, PowerPoint are no-brainers for you.
- You find it easy to learn new things including software (i.e. MailChimp, Hootesuite, Hubspot).
- Past work experience not necessarily be in marketing but keenly interested in starting a career in marketing.
- Ready to make a difference and have an impact in a highly purposeful industry (healthcare).
- Comfortable with Meta, YouTube, Reddit, TikTok, etc. on both paid and organic
- Bonus is some experience with analytics & tracking tools.
- Technically minded and can think strategically.
- Must be able to be tactical and ready willing and able to get “hands dirty” in the work. WELL is culturally a flat organization and everyone including senior leadership is involved in “doing the work”.
- Excellent English copywriting skills.
The salary offered for this position falls within a specified salary range and will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific needs of the organization.
