Under the general supervision of the Manager, Watchmaking Atelier, the hybrid/remote After-Sales Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing and processing all Watch Accessories Special Order requests for clients, liaising with both vendors and retail teams to maximize sales and customer experience. In doing so, they will manage the inventory of watch spare parts at retail level, as well as oversee the overall state of watch-related stock repairs. They will also be responsible for providing support in all aspects of the Maison Birks Atelier platform. Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, willing to learn and proactive, you will be client focused with excellent organization skills.

Responsibilities

  1. Watch Accessories: Client Requests (Special Orders)
  • Process special order requests for all watch accessories for clients (ex: strap, buckle, link), communicating with all relevant parties on pending enquiries in a timely fashion
  • Special Order Purchase Order creation and management
  • Organize the existing watch accessories inventory to quickly fulfill client requests
  • Liaise with after-sales service teams of watch brands to ensure all existing watch inventory merchandise always has accompanying items
  • Develop tools to optimize current inventory, and enhance the overall client experience
  1. Maison Birks Atelier Support
  • Maintain and monitor Birks Atelier Platform, providing support to Retail teams as needed specifically related to the platform
  • Provide periodic reports to management on all after-sales activities
  • Establish strong relationships with both Atelier and Retail teams to obtain feedback regarding After-Sales Service, to elevate and improve the quality of our service
  • Provide overall support to both Watchmaking and Jewellery Atelier teams

Experience

  • 1+ years experience within Retail ideally working as an Administrator, Warehouse Coordinator or within Customer Service.
  • Alternatively, a recent graduate from college or university - relevant retail or internship experience an added bonus!

Skills

  • Desire to work with luxury product - knowledge of watch brands a plus
  • Self motivated team player with excellent communication & organization skills
  • Computer literate
