About the role

About the Role**:**

We are looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven RMA Clerk with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment. The RMA Clerk performs administrative or physical tasks involving receiving, storing, distributing and shipping of materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing the functions of a dock receiver, inventory clerk and RTV shipper (return to vendor).

Actual annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

What You'll Do**:**

  • Pick Return to Vendor Orders

  • QC Orders

  • Verify physical Inventory Counts

  • Put away inventory using an RF Gun

  • Receive branch shipments - Material Transfers and Customer Returns

  • Hand wrap product on a skid

  • Receive inbound freight from carriers

  • Create Material transfers

  • Pay attention to detail when sorting freight and recording package details within the system

  • Follow TD Synnex processes within returns

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Be able to meet and maintain the departmental productivity standards

  • Prioritize the daily workload

  • Ensure housekeeping is a daily priority

  • Ensure co-worker safety and department security

  • Assist in department coverage as required

  • Additional duties assigned by management

  • Work in a safe manner. Be conscientious at all times, of safety on the job, by adhering to the established health and safety measures and practices of the company. Report workplace hazards and any violations of the relevant legislation to the employer.

What We're Looking For**:**

  • Must be able to effectively work within a team environment

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

  • Previous warehouse experience

  • Computer knowledge and Good basic math skills

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Be able to continually lift up to 50 lbs for long periods of time

  • Manual dexterity

  • Be a quick learner and be flexible

Ce que vous ferez :

  • Préparer les commandes de retour aux fournisseurs (RTV)
  • Contrôler la qualité des commandes
  • Vérifier les comptages physiques d'inventaire
  • Ranger l'inventaire à l'aide d'un pistolet RF
  • Recevoir les expéditions des succursales - transferts de matériel et retours clients
  • Emballer manuellement les produits sur une palette
  • Recevoir les marchandises entrantes des transporteurs
  • Créer des transferts de matériel
  • Porter une attention particulière aux détails lors du tri des marchandises et de l'enregistrement des informations des colis dans le système
  • Suivre les processus de retour de TD SYNNEX
  • Travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
  • Atteindre et maintenir les normes de productivité du département
  • Prioriser la charge de travail quotidienne
  • Assurer l'entretien ménager quotidien
  • Veiller à la sécurité des collègues et à la sécurité du département
  • Aider à la couverture du département selon les besoins
  • Accomplir d'autres tâches assignées par la direction
  • Travailler de manière sécuritaire. Être conscient(e) en tout temps de la sécurité au travail, en respectant les mesures et pratiques de santé et sécurité établies par l'entreprise. Signaler les dangers sur le lieu de travail et toute violation de la législation pertinente à l'employeur.

Ce que nous recherchons :

  • Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe

  • Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent GED

  • Capacité à rester debout pendant de longues périodes

  • Expérience antérieure en entrepôt

  • Connaissances informatiques et bonnes compétences en mathématiques de base

  • Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral

  • Capacité à soulever continuellement jusqu'à 50 lb pendant de longues périodes

  • Dextérité manuelle

  • Capacité d'apprentissage rapide et flexibilité
