We’re excited to welcome new team members to our St. Catharines clinic! We’re looking for dedicated individuals who thrive in a team environment and are committed to providing exceptional care to our valued patients.
Position: Part-Time
Requirement: HARP Certified
Responsibilities:
- Prepare treatment rooms, patients, instruments, and materials for dental procedures.
- Assist dentists by passing instruments and materials during procedures.
- Disinfect operatories and sterilize instruments.
- Update and maintain patient dental records.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Provide support to dentists and staff, including receptionist duties when needed.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Previous dental assisting experience is preferred.
- Completion of a Dental Assisting Certificate is an asset.
- Valid CPR Certification.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and adaptable to various situations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of patients.
- Experience with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix) is an asset.

Our Offices Monarch Dentistry has 13 convenient locations across Southern Ontario. Our dental team is made up of energetic and experienced professional dentists and hygienists who understand the power of your smile! Your comfort and satisfaction are our main priority.
