Make an impact with MNP Digital, within Digital Solutions as a Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the practice responsible for creating and delivering creative enterprise solutions for MNP clients. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our delivery teams and bring together the best of MNP to ensure our client’s vision is realized. As part of our Enterprise Architecture team, you will design and implement enterprise architecture to align with business goals. You will analyze existing enterprise architecture, assist in demonstrating the art of the possible, define future direction and technology roadmaps collaboratively with a client organization, and leverage technology platforms to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and reduce costs. You will work with stakeholders, including management and IT teams, to ensure the enterprise architecture including AI and Cloud, Business Applications, ERP platforms and Security supports the client’s strategic objectives.

What You’ll Do
- Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap, aligning IT with business strategy.
- System Analysis: Analyze current IT systems, processes, and data to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Design and Implementation: Design and implement new or improved IT systems and infrastructure.
- Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions that align with the organization's needs.
- Collaboration: Work with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for architectural decisions.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with IT infrastructure and systems.
- Compliance: Ensure that the IT architecture complies with relevant regulations and standards.
- Change Management: Guide the organization through the necessary changes and transitions associated with new systems or processes.
- Documentation: Document the enterprise architecture and related standards.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 10 years of experience working in enterprise architecture, including developing, implementing, architecting Microsoft AI, Data and Cloud solutions, and working on solutions that fall under at least one of the Microsoft Business Applications domains.
- Previous experience in collaborating on consulting projects focused on enterprise architecture advisory engagements for clients, including actively contributing to the implementation and delivery of these solutions.
- Previous working experience specifically within consulting or advisory type work is a plus.
- Provided expert advice and guidance to clients on enterprise architectures that align with their business objectives and security requirements.
- Previous experience an EA modeling or APM tool and EA framework (such as TOGAF or Zachman).
- Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in various IT technologies and systems, with a specialization on Microsoft including Azure, AI & Copilot, Business Applications and ERP.
- Demonstrated a strong capability to juggle multiple priorities and tasks.
- Demonstrated capabilities to foster collaboration and assist in guiding teams of skilled professionals.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively, build relationships, as well as being a self-starter.
- Enthusiastic to learn about emerging fields within AI and technology more broadly such as Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) and GenAI;
- Relevant Microsoft professional certifications related to AI and Cloud, Business Applications or ERP products are a plus.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Communication and Collaboration: Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and maintain a long-term vision for the IT infrastructure.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes and how IT can support them.
- Leadership and Influence: Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
