Job Description
What you’re responsible for:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee our accounting processes, financial analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will combine technical accounting expertise with leadership skills to manage a team, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive financial efficiency across the organization.

Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).

Supervising monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.

Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Providing actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.

Supervising, mentoring, and developing a team of accounting professionals.

Coordinating with external auditors during annual audits and address any audit findings.
Qualifications
To join our team:

You have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification preferred).

You have 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

You are proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

You have proven ability to lead and inspire a team.

You have strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.

You are commited to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.

Job Description
What you’re responsible for:
