Role:
● Develop and execute innovative, on-brand content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
● Create captivating and engaging content that tells our story, promotes our app, and builds strong community engagement. Manage and grow our social media presence with consistency, clarity, and creativity.
● Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to bring big ideas to life—quickly and with high quality.
● Plan and implement PR and influencer strategies that amplify our message and position us as thought leaders in the real estate tech space.
● Monitor trends, analyze performance, and adapt strategies to improve results continually.
● Act as a true brand ambassador, making sure every post reflects our values, energy, and
mission.
Skills:
● A highly professional communicator with a deep understanding of social media culture, storytelling, and audience engagement.
Someone who is passionate about technology, mobile apps, and social media, and can move quickly from concept to execution.
● A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but also takes initiative and ownership of their work.
● Strong experience managing PR efforts and brand presence, ideally within tech startups or mobile app companies.
● Fast, flexible, and detail-oriented—you know how to create magic on tight timelines.
● Creative, bold, and emotionally intelligent—you know how to connect with people and inspire action.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the tech or app industry.
● Strong portfolio of creative work across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (please share links).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Experience with social media analytics and tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.
● Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.) is a big plus.
● An understanding of paid social strategy and influencer partnerships is a bonus.
