We’re looking for a Service Receptionist to join our team at Cadillac Kelowna. If you’re cheerful, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

The Drive Ahead

  • Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional, friendly manner
  • Schedule service appointments and support customers with inquiries
  • Update customer and vehicle information in the database
  • Assist with coordinating courtesy cars, special orders, and airport service
  • Support service advisors and warranty administration as needed
  • Help maintain customer files and review completed jobs for quality
  • Perform general administrative tasks and assist with department meetings
  • Provide backup to service team members when required

Performance Essentials

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education an asset
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or service advisor role
  • Basic bookkeeping experience is an asset
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Full-time availability — typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week)
