We're on the lookout for a vibrant individual to join our Management Team at Nature’s Source who will offer exceptional client and customer service, with a focus on nurturing long-term repeat and referral business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prioritize exceptional client and customer service.
- Assist in maximizing sales and marketing programs.
- Implement policies and procedures for cash and client checkout.
- Maintain store merchandise standards and appearance.
- Support markdowns, expiries, returns, excess inventory, and inter-store transfers.
- Contribute to creating a positive atmosphere in line with Nature's Source/Signature values.
- Promote Nature's Source/Signature as a trustworthy, service-oriented company promoting health and wellness, treating clients with respect and integrity.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Retail or sales experience with in-store visuals and merchandising expertise.
- Proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales goals.
- Post-secondary education in fields such as Natural Health, Nutrition, Sports Nutrition, Naturopathy, or Homeopathy is advantageous.
- Knowledge of natural health products.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
