Transdev Canada is hiring a Full-Time Transit Bus Driver for a 6 month contract at our Airdrie facility!
Your role
- Performs pre/post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Reports defects, both safety and non-safety, according to Transdev policies and procedures.
- Operates fleet vehicles to provide safe, on-time transit services around Airdrie and between Airdrie and Calgary.
- Ensure customer service excellence.

Your profile
- You hold a High School degree.
- You have a minimum of two years of transit driving experience.
- You have a Class 1 or 2 license with air brake endorsement.
- You have a clear driver abstract, background check and drug test.
- You have good verbal communication skills.
- You possess the ability to read, write and speak English.
- You possess the ability to work under stress and meet strict timelines.
- You possess strong communication skills and can converse with passengers and dispatchers including use of a 2-way radio and PA system.
Your location
- This is a Full-Time, 6 months contract, non-unionized position in Airdrie, AB.
- Working hours are Monday to Sunday from 5:30am to 00:20am.
