About the Role

As our Account Director , you’ll be the strategic powerhouse behind client partnerships, leading high-profile campaigns that connect brands with consumers. You’ll collaborate with talented creative, strategy, and design teams to shape shopper marketing initiatives that make a lasting impact. More than a leader—you’ll be a trusted advisor, guiding both clients and internal teams to success.

Salary: $115,000-$120,000

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your Mission

In this role, you'll:

  • Lead strategic marketing initiatives, overseeing campaign execution and client relationships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and design teams to bring campaigns to life. Manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously with precision and effectiveness.
  • Drive results, monitor key performance metrics, and report successes to senior leadership.
  • Empower your direct reports, fostering a high-performance team culture.
  • Represent our agency with professionalism, confidence, and a client-first mindset.

  • Tech-savvy: able to use eye-tracking software and heat mapping - outside of the box tools that help us sell in ideas to client and balance subjectivity when presenting

Your Experience

  • 8+ years of expertise in shopper/promotional marketing and print production, ideally in an agency setting.
  • A background in marketing, business, or a related field (post-secondary education required).
  • Proven success in leading teams and managing accounts with a results-driven approach.
