We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Territory Sales Manager to lead growth across Nova Scotia, supporting our dealer and contractor network with integrity, expertise, and exceptional service.
About Us:
Global Windows & Doors is a leading manufacturer of energy-efficient residential and light commercial windows and doors, proudly serving Atlantic Canada since 1999. From our 75,000 sq ft facility in Richibucto, NB, we deliver quality craftsmanship, innovative solutions, and top-notch service that are all rooted in integrity and respect for our team, partners, and communities
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow sales within your territory by supporting existing clients and onboarding new accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and dealer personnel
- Present product knowledge, pricing structures, and promotional offers
- Represent the brand professionally and participate at industry events
- Collaborate closely with sales, CSR, Business Development, and marketing teams to drive results
- Provide weekly activity and performance reports to the VP of Sales
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years sales experience; construction or building supply industry experience is an asset
- Self-starter with excellent communication and time management skills
- Comfortable working independently and traveling frequently
- Ability to analyze data and achieve measurable sales targets
- Valid driver’s license
