As our team continues to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager who thrives on building partnerships, driving results, and navigating strategic negotiations.

Your Role as a Business Development Manager

As a key player in our growth, you'll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across our extensive retail network, which already includes over 300 supply agreements. You’ll be instrumental in expanding our presence across various banners while nurturing long-term relationships with prospective partners.

What You'll Be Doing as a Business Development Manager

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities within your region;

  • Participate in financial planning and the onboarding of new retail sites;

  • Maintain ongoing communication and support with existing retailers;

  • Collaborate on marketing strategies that drive retailer success and sales growth;

  • Lead fuel contract negotiations and provide rapid support for operational issues;

  • Represent the company at promotional events and contribute to key projects focused on continuous improvement.

Will you be our next Business Development Manager**?**

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or a related field;

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or B2B sales;

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with financial analysis;

  • Autonomous, strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset;

  • Bilingual in French and English (French is required to communicate with internal teams).
