About Commercial Logistics:
Commercial Logistics Inc. is an asset based trucking company, offering both less-than-truckload (LTL) and truckload (FTL) service to all points in the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Commercial Logistics Inc is a wholly owned subsidiary of ContainerWorld Forwarding Services, under Mullen Group which is publicly traded on TSX. Services Inc.
Location: Richmond
Wage: 21.65/Hr
Hours: Mondays - Fridays, 5.30 am – 2.00 pm
Contract: 3 months
Position Overview:
Working mainly independently with guidance from the Richmond Fleet Manager, provides administrative support to the operation’s team. Interacts with customers in a professional manner to process and provide information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests regarding products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and prepare drivers paperwork for delivery
- Prepare daily delivery reporting and confirmation of shipment
- Assists in overseeing customer service activity in the Region with daily communications with customers to support customer service levels
- Other Administrative tasks
Qualification:
- Fluent in MS Office applications including Excel
- Able to work independently
- Must be over 19 years of age
