Job Description
- Prepare and execute administrator documents for subscription, redemption, and transfer trades for the clients.
- Review of these documents, as needed.
- Preparing the AML and KYC packages as required by the respective administrators of the underlying funds.
- Timely responses to email queries to third parties and internal groups, as the case maybe.
- Ensuring that all custody trades are executed as per the deadline without exceptions.
- Prepare and execute wires for settlement of custody trades. Performing callbacks with third parties.
- Participate in multiple system improvement projects and automation projects.
Qualifications
- University degree in an accounting field is an asset
- Proficiency with using Adobe PDF.
- Understanding of the Fund of Fund business will be an added advantage.
- Advanced investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Qualities such as attention to details and being organized are essential.
- Good communication skills
