Residential Cleaner – River Heights, Linden Woods, Tuxedo Areas

We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Cleaners to join our team in the River Heights, Linden Woods and Tuxedo areas. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy working independently, and are looking for long-term, reliable employment with great benefits and supportive leadership.

POSITION DETAILS:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time
• Location: River Heights, Linden Woods & Tuxedo (clients are scheduled close to home/daycare)
• Travel: Minimal – Work close to your home/daycare. Start your day from home and end it at home. (Office visit only required Friday afternoons)

REQUIREMENTS – Please Apply Only If You Meet the Following:

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Reliable Personal Vehicle
• Able to read and write in English (Ukrainian language support available)
• Physically fit and capable of performing cleaning duties
• Clear criminal record
• Reliable, professional childcare arrangements (if applicable)
• Seeking a minimum of 1 year of employment

WAGES & BENEFITS:

• Training Wage (30 Days): $17.00/hour (paid 1-on-1 training with supervisor)
• Post-Training: $17.50 – $18.00/hour (based on performance)
• Within First Year: $18.00 – $19.00/hour (based on reliability and ability)
• Additional Compensation:
• Weekly pay (EI, CPP & taxes deducted – no contract work)
• Tips (go directly to staff)
• Bonuses & incentive program (earn up to $600/year)

• Two weeks paid vacation after 1 year
• Tax declaration support for vehicle and phone expenses

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean residential homes, apartments, and condos independently
• Deliver high-quality cleaning using established protocols and eco-friendly products
• Maintain professionalism and respectful communication with clients
• Complete tasks within scheduled timeframes

IDEAL CANDIDATES HAVE:

• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
• Good physical stamina (includes lifting, bending, moving furniture)
• Previous experience in cleaning/housekeeping is an asset but not required
• Excellent communication skills
