About the role
Sushi Chef:
MUST HAVE AT LEASE A 3-YEAR EXPERIENCE
Qualifications required for this role:
- Being able to work as a team.
- Multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- To be able to organize your work space.
- Being able to problem-solve.
- Time management skills.
- Knowledge of various sushi types.
- Knowledge of cutting different kinds of fish
- Ability to work fast but effectively.
- Certification from a culinary school is a plus.
- Must have experience working as a sushi roller.
Responsibilities for this role:
- Handling a wide range of raw fish and other ingredients.
- Working with an attention to details to fulfill orders to quality standards.
- Preparing and making all types of sushi such as maki, nigiri and sashimi.
- Maintain hygiene principles in all cooking and food preparation areas.
- Cleaning space at the end of the shift.
- Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
- Manage food prep activities such as boiling rice.

- Accepting Part-time
- Availability for Lunch (11:30 am- 3pm) and Dinner (4pm-10pm) shifts from Monday to Sunday.
